Engineering Highlights ⭐️

The defining feature of the development is The Link, a 230 metre long steel structure that spans between the two towers and incorporates the world’s longest occupied building cantilever, extending approximately 66 metres beyond the supporting tower.

The structure was assembled in large sections before being lifted into place using one of the most complex strand jacking operations ever undertaken on a high rise development.

Inside, the development provides flexible Grade A office accommodation, luxury residences, the One&Only One Za’abeel hotel, SIRO One Za’abeel, retail, restaurants and wellness facilities.

To support the wide variety of occupants, there are 82 elevators and escalators, providing efficient passenger movement throughout the development.
