Thank you to our Otis Elevator Co. colleagues in Korea and Japan for such a warm welcome during my visits this week. It was energizing to spend time with our teams, hear their perspectives firsthand, and see the strong commitment to safety, performance, and customer focus that drives their success.
I appreciated the thoughtful conversations about how we can continue driving growth together. With a strong leadership team in place and new colleagues joining our team in the region, there are so many exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
