Delaware Elevator was proud to participate in Wicomico County Public Schools’ CREW Program for the fourth consecutive year!
CREW, which stands for Career, Research, Education and Work, provides rising 10th, 11th and 12th grade students with six-week paid work experiences while helping them build workplace communication and other essential career skills.
This summer, we welcomed Victoria Merritt, a rising 11th grader at Bennett High School and a Project Lead the Way pre-engineering student. During her time with Delaware Elevator, Victoria gained hands-on experience with our Safety and Fleet teams and shadowed our Engineering Coordinators.
Joellyn and Georgeta recently joined Victoria at Parkside CTE for a luncheon celebrating the students’ successful completion of the program.
