After 16 incredible years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to Otis.
What started in Jordan many years ago turned into a journey I could never have imagined—growing through different roles and responsibilities across Finland, the Nordics, and later the EMEA region. Along the way, I had the privilege of working with exceptional teams, learning from inspiring leaders, and contributing to projects that challenged and shaped me both professionally and personally.
But beyond the roles and milestones, what I will miss the most are the people. The collaboration, shared successes and challenges, and the many friendships built over the years made this journey truly special.
Looking back through a small collage of photos, I realized something I slightly regret—I probably didn’t take enough pictures along the way. But the memories, experiences, and relationships will stay with me far longer than any photo.
To everyone I had the pleasure of working with: thank you for the support, trust, and partnership over the past 16 years.
While this chapter comes to a close, I’m excited about what lies ahead and look forward to sharing what’s next very soon.
