We had the pleasure of welcoming Vickie Piner and Udo Hoffmann recently to Singapore as they shared their perspectives on our Otis Quality.
We had a great town hall, where we banter with colleagues on why Quality is one of the most important aspects of Otis. We agreed that while processes matter, it is our people and their mindset of continuous improvement that sets us apart.
To top it all off, it was amazing to celebrate a remarkable career milestone with Tang Chee Fook, who retires this month after 45 years with Otis! From Service Engineering to roles in Technical Support and Site Survey, he has seen it all. His can-do spirit and openness to learning reminds us that Quality is not built overnight, and really never ends.
