On #WorldYouthSkillsDay, we're celebrating this year's theme: "Skills for a Shared Future." 🌍
Through Education4Future 2026, part of the global YouthCan! CSR program, TK Elevator Thailand partnered with SOS Children's Villages Thailand last month to help 28 young people build confidence and develop practical skills for their future careers. This three-day event covered a wide range of topics, including:
🔸 Life goal setting and SMART goal planning
🔸 Vision planning, strategy development, and problem solving
🔸 Sales and negotiation skills
🔸 Elevator and escalator industry awareness and safety
🔸 Financial planning and money management
Now in its fourth year, this initiative reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation. By investing in young talent, we're helping create a more inclusive, sustainable future for today's youth and continuing to #MoveBeyond, together.
