This week, I wrapped up a valuable visit to Europe, spending time with our Otis Elevator Co. colleagues and customers in Berlin and Leipzig.
In Berlin, I was especially encouraged by the passion, expertise, and forward-thinking mindset of our Central Europe leadership team. Their dedication to serving customers and embracing transformation is creating exciting opportunities for growth across modernization, repair, and service. I also met with one of our customers of more than 50 years—a powerful reminder that lasting partnerships are built through trust, performance, and a commitment to growing alongside our customers as their needs evolve.
In Leipzig, I visited a job site and spent time with two of our mechanics, gaining firsthand insight to the expertise, dedication, and care they bring to their work every day. Seeing our safety culture in action and learning more about the innovative features of our Gen360 platform reinforced an important truth: sustainable growth is driven by the combination of strong customer relationships, innovative technology and talented people.
