It's a newly created role. The brief is to speed up how Lucid Motors executes and to tighten accountability across the company, plus run a new Business Process function.
Martinho spent more than 20 years at the Schindler Group, most recently as global head of HR.
That is the same Swiss elevator maker Silvio Napoli ran for over a decade before taking Lucid's top job in June. So a familiar hand, joining a boss he already knows.
"Lucid's products are second-to-none, and as I prepare for my transition into the role from Portugal in the coming months, I look forward to leading efforts to drive organizational change, sharpen strategic execution, and help build the systems and culture needed for the next phase."
— Hugo Martinho, Chief Transformation Officer at Lucid
He joins a long list. De Bock as CFO, Macha as CTO, Hayes as Chief Customer Officer, Stepper as President of Lucid Technologies.
