I got the chance to visit multiple customers and sites across the region recently, and I'm still impressed by how successfully Schindler digital solutions help property managers and owners keep their buildings attractive to users and efficient to operate. Just a few examples:
🏢 A mixed-use high-rise in Vietnam with an intelligent visitor management system connected to access control and elevator destination control as a result minimum waiting times in the lobby for visitors and tenants
🏠 A premium residential building in Kuala Lumpur with elevators connected via IoT, delivering data for efficient maintenance, remote recovery, and as a result close to zero downtime
🏨 A convention center combined with a hotel in Hanoi, equipped with an integrated content management system across hundreds of screens to deliver tailored, relevant content to different visitors
