Position: *Elevator Technician / Lift Maintenance & Modernization Technician*
💰 Basic Salary: *SGD 2,000 – 4,500 (based on experience and interview performance)*
🏠 Accommodation: *Self*
⏰ Working Hours:
*Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM*
*Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM*
📅 Monthly Off: *4 days*
💵 Overtime: *1.5× base salary*
📋 Job Scope
*Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of elevators and escalators.*
*Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.*
*Respond to emergency breakdowns at customer sites.*
*Carry out testing, commissioning, and safety inspections.*
*Ensure all work complies with Singapore safety standards and company procedures.*
*Travel to various project sites across Singapore.*
✅ Requirements
*Age 18–40 years.*
*Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation, maintenance, or modernization.*
*Experience with major elevator brands such as Mitsubishi, Otis, KONE, Schindler, Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitec, or similar is prefer.*
*Good knowledge of:*
*Elevator mechanical systems (traction machines, guide rails, door operators, safety gears, etc.)*
*Electrical control systems (PLC, VFD/Inverter, control panels, wiring diagrams)*
*Able to work independently and troubleshoot faults efficiently.*
