With Otis as our major shareholder, we’ll continue to operate as a standalone company, with the same management, teams, standards, and vision:
- WeMaintain will continue to operate as a fully autonomous entity
 - Our software, IoT, and AI platform will remain independent and multi-brand
 - Our teams, our client relationships, and our standards will remain unchanged.
We now have the resources and reach to accelerate globally.
