Poland is currently conducting the largest vertical transportation tender in its history. 🇵🇱✈️
As part of the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) airport project, more than 500 lifts, escalators, and moving walkways will be delivered and installed across the new airport infrastructure.
Four global elevator companies have been shortlisted for the competitive dialogue phase:
• Otis Elevator Co.
• KONE
• Schindler Group
• TK Elevator
The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of vertical transportation systems throughout the passenger terminal, piers, railway stations, intermodal transport hub, air traffic control tower, and other airside and landside facilities.
This project represents one of the most significant infrastructure opportunities for the lift industry in Central Europe and highlights the strategic importance of vertical transportation in modern airport and mobility infrastructure.
