Are you a passionate sales leader with a proven track record in the Elevator/Lift Industry? Lead our sales growth while driving business expansion across Mumbai, Bhubaneswar
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive new installation elevator sales and achieve revenue targets
✅ Lead and mentor the sales team for high performance
✅ Generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial & infrastructure projects
✅ Develop strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants & contractors
✅ Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
✅ Identify new branch opportunities and support regional business expansion
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
🎯 Mandatory Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience exclusively in Elevator/Lift Sales
✔ Strong expertise in project sales, modernization & maintenance sales
✔ Excellent network within the Mumbai real estate and construction ecosystem
✔ Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
✔ Good knowledge of elevator products, technical specifications & project execution
🎓 Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage
