March feels special for two reasons.
I’m celebrating 3 years of my professional journey, and it also comes right on International Women’s Day—a perfect moment to reflect on growth, challenges, and the incredible people who supported me along the way.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the opportunity to:

• Contribute to meaningful projects and team successes

• Work with inspiring colleagues and mentors
Being part of this journey has reminded me how important it is to support, uplift, and empower women in the workplace. Every step forward—big or small—helps create more opportunities for the next generation.
