Antonio Pérez Ruiz, CEO of IMEM Lifts, has been appointed as a member of the Technical Committee for the International Elevator & Escalator Symposium (IEES) 2026.
Organized by Liftinstituut and Elevator World Inc., the upcoming IEES will take place on December 10-11, 2026 in Amsterdam. Under the theme "Passenger Experience, Design, Access and Safety," the symposium will bring together global experts, architects, and industry professionals to shape the future of vertical transportation, safety, and innovation.
The Technical Committee plays a crucial role in evaluating technologies and industry strategies worldwide. Antonio Pérez Ruiz joins this global panel of experts, bringing extensive expertise in lift technology, international markets, and sector representation. His participation is backed by his long-standing leadership in expanding independent lift manufacturing to over 70 countries. Pérez Ruiz leads the Spanish Lift Companies Federation FEEDA and is part of the European Lift Association (ELA) Council.
