Last month, elected representatives from across our regions came together in Munich for our Annual Flix Team Board meeting — and it was truly memorable.
Over two enriching days, we:
✅ Voiced the concerns and aspirations of our people to Management
✅ Collaborated through focused workshop sessions
✅ Gained a deeper understanding of challenges faced across different countries
✅ Built bridges through open, two-way communication between the Team and Management
