We’re proud to announce that Otis has secured the contract for a major high-rise project at 99 City Road in London, a landmark 36-storey commercial tower at the gateway to the City and Old Street.
The redevelopment will transform an existing 10-storey office building into 475,000 sq. ft of high-quality workspace, while retaining much of the original structure and adding a new core and additional floors.
Otis will provide 27 units, including Otis SkyRise®, Otis Gen3™ Peak and Otis Gen3™ Robusta systems. The project will also feature our Compass® 360 destination management system, EMS Panorama™ 2.0 elevator management system and Otis ONE™ connected predictive maintenance platform.
Working alongside main contractor Multiplex and developer Endurance Land, our teams will help deliver a smarter, more connected experience for the people who will use this impressive new London workplace.
