I recently spent time in the Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) Studio in Ohio, working with the team on new safety and technical training content — designed to strengthen field readiness and reinforce the standards that create better customer outcomes and get our people home safely.
On Saturday morning - a bit of a homecoming with Michigan Stadium as the backdrop where I had the fortune to spend time with our highly capable Inside Sales team and interns. Absolutely humbled by their talent, energy, and drive — and even more motivated by what that means for our future.
