Another new step for “oyakata scrum” in India!
We have launched an Elevator Installation Skills Training Program in collaboration with Mitsubishi Elevator India Private Limited (IMEC) through its CSR activities.
This is the third “oyakata scrum” initiative, following our programs with Komatsu India and Chubu Electric Power Grid.
By combining Japanese companies’ technical expertise with iTips’ experience in developing people, we aim to create more opportunities for young people in India.
