We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with a strong background in the Elevator/Lift Industry to lead sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute sales strategies
✔ Generate new business opportunities
✔ Handle Project Sales, Modernization & AMC Sales
✔ Build relationships with Builders, Developers, Architects & Consultants
✔ Lead and mentor the sales team
✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
✔ Achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction
✔ Support the expansion of the new branch
Candidate Profile:
✅ 5+ years of Elevator/Lift Sales experience (Mandatory)
✅ Strong network with Builders, Developers, Architects & Contractors
✅ Expertise in Project Sales and Business Development
✅ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of CRM and MS Office
