As we mark the inauguration of Conventus ’26, the Annual Management Conclave of IMI Delhi, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Tarunesh Mathur, President & CEO, Schindler India & South Asia, as the Chief Guest.
With over 16 years of experience spanning customer service, business transformation, and operational leadership, Mr. Mathur has held diverse roles across exports, sales, field operations, and service during his journey with Schindler. His experience brings together a deep understanding of people, customers, and the capabilities organizations need to grow and adapt.
In his inaugural address, Mr. Mathur reflected on the evolving business landscape, highlighting the growing role of AI and innovation, as well as the importance of capability building, scalability, agility, and responsible leadership. He also shared how intentional learning and capability-building can shape meaningful careers while contributing to the broader journey of nation-building.
His perspectives set a thoughtful tone for the conversations ahead at Conventus ’26, as industry and thought leaders come together over three days and ten summits to explore ideas shaping business and leadership.
