Prior to joining Hitachi Lift India, Narendra served as Senior Manager โ New Installations at Schindler India and previously held customer service leadership roles with the company for over six years, managing large portfolios and key client relationships. Earlier, he spent more than 12 years with Otis Elevator Co. as Senior Customer Service Executive, handling techno-commercial activities through a team of engineers, building extensive experience across the elevator industry.
