It is with enormous pride and heartfelt joy that I share that the fantastic team of Rosewood Vienna has entrusted me with the role of Chief Concierge within our exceptional team of Concierges and Guest Service Agents.
My deepest gratitude goes to our hotel management, Roland Hamberger and Lisa Dietzel, for their trust, and to the entire Rosewood Vienna team for the past years — years filled with joy, learning, growth, and truly unforgettable experiences.
Most importantly, I want to thank Simon Schindler for giving me the chance to begin and grow in a job that ultimately became my true calling, and Franz Brandhuber and Isabella Habersam for being such immensely inspiring and supportive teammates.
Growing into leadership roles over the past weeks, months, and years has challenged me, shaped me, and enriched me more than I could have imagined. I look forward to continuing this journey — embracing the challenges and celebrating the successes that lie ahead.
